Never underestimate the role of the renal system. I am preparing for the NCLEX right now and found myself stuck on a kidney question which led me to go back into my lecture notes and rediscover this chart I made for myself to practice my knowledge when I was in nursing school. There is a blank version that just includes only the categories that act as a cue for you to test yourself. Thank your kidneys for their wonderful role in your body and remember that Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) affects 12 different systems in the body. Happy studying and pay it forward when you can!

I am a busy student in nursing school and unable to reply to anything related to these free downloads.
I do my best to make sure this information is accurate, but if I do make a mistake (to err is human), you will get some gold stars and high fives from all the other fantastic nursing students who use these by coming back here and posting the correction in the comments below. This worksheet is designed with a little extra space so you can keep your pharm study interactive and write in your fun facts for these meds. There are little "easter eggs" in the design: Atropine helps to manage bradycardia (hence the slow, rowboat) and the "S"copolamine "S"ailboat is for "S"ea sickness. Happy studying and pay it forward when you can.
Below are some of my favorite resources here on the world wide web for conquering nursing school. Happy studying! Straight A Nursing Student - Love, love, love these resources! The podcast in itself will help you comprehend basically everything in nursing school. I also purchased her study guides and if I had these during my 1st year they would have helped me get better grades. I also have her nursing school planner and think her website is amazing- so many free resources. Thanks Maureen - you're the inspiration for me to share here. FreshRN - How can anyone not fall in love with her podcasts? She is so in tune with helping support and fills in the gaps for a nursing school education/new nurse experience. Thanks Katie - I am a huge fan! RegisteredNurseRN.com - I have watched so many of her videos that I have lost count. Sarah-you are just one amazing human being, thanks for doing all that you do! EmpoweRN.com - Nursing school can be hard, really hard. This empowered and sweet nurse helps with tons of tutorials and I especially love her advice videos about how to get thru the challenges in this journey. Thanks Caroline!!! I am so grateful for all of your sharing. NRSNG.com - John just puts it all out there - so much content and freebies every Friday straight to your inbox. Great content, thanks John for helping to power the next generation of nurses!!!
