How to Use:
1- Grab your favorite pen, set a timer for 5 minutes, and write out your goals. Since goals help make your dreams come true, I use the words goal and dream interchangeably. You can use anything you like, such as a creative project, a violin concerto, a fitness plan, etc... This is your life, be creative!
2- Next, choose a few goals to focus on and make a plan. Break it down into small, actionable chunks. Remember,
"A dream without a plan is just a wish."
3- Return to your goal sheets and re-print to adjust your dream navigation. I like to sit down once a quarter with these.
