I want to help you on your journey which is why this website exists.
I have over 20 years of experiencing teaching, decades more in the performing realm and to date 14 years as a composer. I love all parts of the musical journey and one of my biggest passions at this juncture in my life is to share the magic, marvel and mystery with you.
Hopefully you have already realized it is not always easy. This is a discipline you have taken on and it requires that - discipline.
EASY when you are just starting out or have just come home from hearing the most incredible concert of your life or finally got to start the piece you have been wanting to learn for 4 years.
HARD when you are tired or have 276 deadlines/tests/life responsibilities piled up plus laundry to do.
I get it, remember that before I was a teacher, I was a student so I have been there.
I am here to tell you it's worth it all the way and the process will change you in ways that will advance your comprehension of what it means to be human (sorry, that's a little esoteric but I am prone to diving into the philosophical side of all of this).
