Hello, and thank you for clicking and finding me here. I feel honored to have a chance to share more about my story to help you evaluate if I am a good preceptee for you.

My first career was in music, and I spent decades teaching the violin before an injury made it difficult for me to play. These years of working with students helped me know and experience my gift for working with people one-on-one. I combined this realization with a personal mission to help shift the paradigm for how our society views mental health so that we can view the brain neutrally, as we view all other organs. I returned to school in 2011 and have been working towards becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. and am actively seeking preceptors to guide me, completing approximately 300 hours in the Fall of 2024.

​I believe we are here to do great things with the gifts of our lives, and we are here to serve others, and this webpage expresses these values. It's my labor of love created to help celebrate and archive my special work in teaching and music. I started this in 2014 and have 100's of tutorial videos, 100s of FREEBIES, and 30+ sheet music collections - all things I created and now get shared with musicians all over the world:
